GRINDHOUSE [MA 15+] Sunday, June 29 to Sunday, July 5 Tarantino's and Rodriguez's homage to the trashy drive-in and "grindhouse" double features of the 1970s. Grindhouse was a term reserved for down-at-heel movie theatres that showed D-grade (or worse), drive-in-style films, usually with continuous sessions. The two features are Planet Terror and Death Proof.

This EXCLUSIVE presentation is shown exactly as the original version was intended, complete with hilarious trailers, "scratches" and intermission. (Scratches are a real-film treat for the DVD-jaded generation.)

So, here's your second chance to see this special presentation as it was meant to be seen - on the SuperScreen, in a real-life (but not down-at-heel), double-feature movie palace - The Astor Theatre.

The EXCLUSIVE season will run daily from Sunday, June 29 to Sunday, July 5.
