e-mail list you can use ordinary e-mail (see below)
or enter
your e-mail address in the box and select subscribe
or unsubscribe.
If your subscription request does not appear to work
you can by-pass the form by using the manual
system - send an
ordinary e-mail
and note in the body of your message if the e-mail address to
which
news is to be sent is different from the one you are using to send
the subscription request.
